AVELIA.AI LTD operates Avelia. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, England.

By accessing or using the Avelia website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service model

Avelia is provided as a governed GTM platform. Design partners run pilots in a shared workspace. Customer pipeline growth and qualified conversations follow the scope agreed in your contract. Commercial terms are set out in your contract.

Use of service

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree not to misuse the service or access it through unauthorized methods.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

Data protection and compliance

Avelia processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection law, including GDPR for European campaigns and UAE PDPL for Gulf campaigns. Our handling of prospect, candidate, and customer data is described in our Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to engage prospects or candidates through our service.
• We apply market-specific contact and privacy rules before every campaign send.
• We will cooperate with lawful data subject requests and regulatory inquiries as required by law.

Intellectual property

• All content, trademarks, and data on this site belong to Avelia or its licensors.
• You may not copy or distribute any part of the site without permission.

Limitation of liability

• Avelia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the service.
• Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
